About the role:
  • Be the host with the most: Welcome our residents and guests with your charm and warmth as they step into the dining area.
  • Lead the team: Supervise and coordinate our fantastic dining staff to ensure each service runs like clockwork.
  • Keep it classy: Maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation in the dining room—your flair for finesse will be key
  • Make mealtimes magical: Ensure meals are served promptly and meet the dietary needs and preferences of our beloved residents.
  • Get ready to welcome residents and guests with energy and enthusiasm as they step into the dining area
  • Lead the charge in transforming dining into an unforgettable experience by coordinating a dynamic team of dining room pros. Keep the vibe fresh and stylish with pristine cleanliness and picture-perfect presentations.
  • Turn every meal into a culinary adventure with prompt service that caters to every dietary need and preference. Tackle concerns or questions with finesse, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Team up with the kitchen crew to create seamless magic, blending food and service into a one-of-a-kind experience. Train and inspire your team to be innovators in hospitality, crafting a fun and supportive workplace environment.

About you:
  • Proven experience as a Maître d', restaurant manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
