RoleWe're on the lookout for a passionate, energetic casual Educator who loves inspiring primary school kids to learn, create, and grow in a safe, fun, and welcoming space. If you're enthusiastic about nurturing children's development and making every day engaging, this is the role for you
Working alongside our Service Coordinator, you'll lead exciting, hands-on activities that spark creativity and support children's learning journeys.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator- Providing nurturing care that supports every child's growth
- Creating a safe, secure, and welcoming space for all
- Designing fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities
- Building positive, collaborative relationships with your team
- Working together to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Enjoying exciting opportunities to lead fun excursions during vacation care
- Feeling inspired every day to make a real difference in the lives of the children you care for
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning Framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
