Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Underwriter role located in Sydney, NSW. The Assistant Underwriter will be responsible for assisting in underwriting insurance policies, analysing risks, processing policy documents, and providing support to the underwriting team. This role involves working on-site and collaborating with brokers and clients to ensure accurate and efficient underwriting processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyKnowledge of insurance principles and underwriting processesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in the insurance industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
