We have been servicing locals throughout the Mackay region – from residential and domestic clients to those from commercial and industrial industries for over 50 years and we're growing and constantly evolving our capabilities and range.

Role Overview

Based in our Mackay office, our Retail Sales persons are often at the forefront dealing with our clients which provides a great opportunity to fine tune your people skills whilst settling into a long-term career which can deliver real results, outcomes, training and possibilities.

We aim to provide complete solutions, systems and products for irrigation systems, water treatment, filtration and all things pump related.

Enter into an essential industry where you'll always be in demand and there is room to grow into various roles such as account management, engineering, trades based positions and beyond.

Creating client relationships, being able to learn on the go and having a positive, open and team focused outlook are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and assisting with queries to help them find the right solution
  • Point of sale processing – Eftpos / cash / account sales.
  • Answering sales calls, preparing accurate and professional quotes
  • Completing stock takes and general housekeeping to ensure the showroom is stocked and tidy
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Have a keen interest in learning and working with hands on products and solutions
  • Must be reliable and possess excellent communication skills

Sales experience from any industry based backgrounds (electrical, plumbing, trades, mechanical, maintenance) is great, but not essential – we'll teach you everything you need to know
