Your new role

  • Oversee the operation of regional aquatic facilities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards
  • Maintain public health and safety by ensuring all pools and facilities meet established guidelines
  • Apply water chemistry knowledge to monitor and adjust chemical levels for optimal water quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks within plant rooms to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability
  • Participate in internal training programs designed to support career development and potential advancement
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervising staff to support facility operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Driver's licence
  • Previous experience working with aquatic facilities
  • 2 contactable references
  • Living locally in the Mackay region
