Your Role

Deliver evidence-informed speech therapy across ages and settings, including NDIS and My Aged Care participants.

Provide expert supervision and clinical mentoring to junior team members.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and prepare outcome-focused reports.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, physios, dietitians, and other allied health professionals.

Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience (3+ years preferred) in dysphagia/swallowing assessments.
  • Adult communication assessment and therapy (preferred, but not essential)
  • High-level clinical documentation and reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Current driver's licence, insurance, reliable vehicle, and required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance).
