About the Role – Nursing Assistant (AIN)
In this rewarding role, you'll build meaningful relationships and bring comfort and care to those who need it most. Every resident has a unique story – and you'll be part of it.
Your day could include :
- Supporting residents with everyday tasks, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Encouraging movement and mental engagement.
- Lending a hand to those with more complex care needs.
- Being a kind, familiar face and trusted companion.
About the Role – Nursing Assistant (Nutrition)
You'll also support our modernised, person-centred approach to dining – helping residents enjoy mealtimes that feel more like home.
In this role, you will :
Assist residents with meals and hydration, guided by our personalised service model.Support residents who may need a little extra help at mealtime.Be part of creating a calm and enjoyable dining experience.Bring empathy, dignity, and conversation to the table.What You'll Bring :
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or currently studying).Previous experience in a caregiving or aged care setting.Warm communication and teamwork skills.Solid clinical documentation and basic computer skills.A genuine desire to enrich the lives of older people.Why Estia Health?
