We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help lead our MECCA Melbourne Airport store in VIC on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead from the front; drive success through ongoing training, mentoring, and providing feedback to develop a highly effective team
  • Engage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values

What success looks like in this role:

  • Prior experience managing a large-format retail environment with the ability to inspire and educate large teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, creating memorable MECCA moments
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring with a focus on team development
  • Genuine care for people and a commitment to providing the best team member experience
