If so, submit your application now We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager (2 IC) to support the leadership of our MECCA Melbourne Airport store in VIC on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Lead by example; drive success through ongoing training, mentoring, and providing feedback to develop a highly effective team.
Engage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
What success looks like in this role: Experience managing a large-format retail environment with the ability to inspire and educate large teams.
