Designation : HR & Administration Manager

Location : Sydney (Onsite )

Reporting : CEO , Australia Operations

Client : Leading Real Estate developer with 1 billion + USD revenue and 3000 + employees worldwide with presence in across Middle East, India and US .

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead HR - Administration function as part of the client Australian subsidiary founding team .Establish and manage HR systems, policies, and procedures from the ground up.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of HR- including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
  • Manage general office administration, including facilities and vendor management. Oversee workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance and initiatives.
  • Laise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters - Human Resources Management or related field with minimum 7 -10 yrs of relevant industry experience .
  • Work exposure in real estate or related industry is a big plus but not mandatory .
  • Work exposure in green field projects with APAC or global companies based in Sydney / New South Wales . Prior pan Australia work exposure is big plus .
