At Nude Lucy, we create timeless, elevated pieces designed for everyday wear – blending modern minimalism with effortless style. With over 40 stores across Australia & New Zealand (and more on the way), we're looking for a visionary Head of Retail to take our growing retail network to the next level.

Reporting directly to theGeneral Manager, this senior leadership role will shape the future of Nude Lucy retail. You'll lead high-performing teams across both countries, oversee seamless new store launches, and ensure every touchpoint of our retail experience reflects the Nude Lucy ethos.

Lead the execution of our national retail strategy, driving growth and delivering on ambitious sales and operational targets.

Oversee 43+ stores (and counting), ensuring flawless execution across sales, service, visual merchandising, stock, and store presentation.

Inspire, coach, and develop store and area managers, buildinghigh-performing, values-driven teams.

Manage end-to-end store openings from staffing and training to operational readiness.

Drive operational excellence: inventory control, rostering, OH&S compliance, customer service standards, and shrinkage management.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on customer experience.

Partner with Commercial teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and reporting.

Implement training frameworks, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives that bring the best out of your people.

5–10 years' experience in State or National Retail Management (women's fashion preferred).

A proven track record of driving sales, operational excellence, and store performance.

Strong leadership skills – you know how to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Analytical and commercially savvy, with the ability to turn insights into action.

A "make it happen" attitude - adaptable, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for fashion, customer experience, and brand building.
