Starting Early to Mid 2026

Our current Clinical Director will be transitioning to another of our locations in early to mid-2026, opening an exciting opportunity for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. We're seeking a passionate, transformational chiropractor to step in, provide exceptional care, and support the continued growth of our established wellness practice.

Our close-knit team currently includes a Clinical Director, an Associate Chiropractor, and a Chiropractic Assistant keeping everything running smoothly. Together, we serve a loyal, wellness-focused patient base, seeing approximately 270 visits per week. Equipped with a modern facility and onsite digital X-ray, our clinic is designed to support outstanding clinical outcomes.

We need a chiropractor who's more than transactional—someone who's driven to transform lives and build lasting connections within our community. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, nurturing our lifetime wellness patients, and helping the practice thrive as we move into this next chapter.

  • Start Date: Early to mid-2026 (flexible timing as we transition)
  • Team: Clinical Director, Associate Chiropractor, Chiropractic Assistant.
  • Facility: Modern fitout with onsite digital X-ray

Training and development:

We have set the benchmark in chiropractic training. Acquire the skills to become so great you could jump out of a plane anywhere, any time and be able to build a successful practice.

Competitive Salary and Compensation – We offer a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $145,500 plus bonus. Check out our unique Path to Partnership.

4 Day work week - have a long weekend every weekend.

Support: So you can focus on transforming lives and building your patient base our Support team:

  • Hire and train your care assistants.
  • Take care of IT, HR, Payroll, facility management etc.
  • Provide digital new patients and help create a personal brand around you in the community so that people begin to know you, like you and trust you before they even meet you.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work solo as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to develop and lead a care assistant.
  • Coachable, actively wants to learn and consistently improve and grow.
  • A sincere desire to improve the community through chiropractic.
  • Is goal oriented and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the clinic within the community through Health Workshops and networking.
  • Lead patients through Initial Intensive Care, Corrective Care and Wellness Care.
  • Deliver outstanding clinical care.
  • Maintain and build the patient base.
