About the Role...

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to lead our teams across multiple Australian locations. The role involves managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining hotel standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum Diploma in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels.

To succeed, you should:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Be flexible to work on a rotating roster.
  • Have full Australian working rights.
  • Maintain high grooming and standards.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and experience in staff management, recruitment, and performance development.
  • Understand workplace safety policies.
  • Be familiar with managing room counts, payroll, and compliance with industry awards.
  • Experience with outsourcing processes is highly desirable.

Additional skills include:

  • Attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hotel teams.
  • Leadership in driving performance and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and staff training.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
