About This Role

As a JJ's Operations Manager, you will play an integral leadership role within our team of collection drivers in the Cairns depot.

This is an opportunity to apply your skills to effect positive change whilst earning a competitive salary. You must be customer focused ensuring the delivery of services as scheduled and on time.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • HR license, with driving experience advantageous
  • Proven experience in transport, logistics or service industry
  • Proven leadership experience, you are a people leader by nature, and enjoy interacting with your team
  • Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service
  • KPI focused delivering efficient operations with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry
  • Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
