Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Strathfield, NSW. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily sales activities, and supporting the sales team in various tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing documentation, and maintaining organized records. The Sales Assistant will also support strategic sales initiatives and participate in team meetings to enhance sales performance.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Sales experience and a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are an advantage
