About Our School

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School (OLSH) is a co-educational school in the Brisbane suburb of Darra, administered by the Brisbane Catholic Education Office. The school with an enrolment of over 515 students enrolled in 21 classes from Prep to Year 6. We are a school community that takes pride in being 'Heart People' where we care for and support each other as we model the values of faith, hope, love and excellence each and every day. Summary

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

• Location: Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School - Darra

• Work hours: 3 hours per week
• Salary: $39.45 + super
• Status: Casual

About The Opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with preparing orders and storing them in accordance with procedures and guidelines as directed
• Helping to maintain adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including the ordering, receiving, storing and stocktakes
• Assisting with the daily cleaning and clean-up of office and storage areas to ensure high standards of presentation and usability
• Ensuring stock is presentable and displayed appropriately
• Assisting with general administration and office duties relating to the retail space.
  
  

About You

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

• Ability to help prepare and store orders according to procedures and guidelines
• Skilled in managing stock levels, ordering, receiving, and conducting stocktakes
• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of office and storage areas
• Strong attention to detail in presenting and displaying stock
• Proficient in general administration and office duties
• For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
  
  

Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
• Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
