We're looking for a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join us on a casual basis. In this role, you will be working across Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and Gosford Private Hospital, which are located approximately 13 kilometres apart. You will be working with multidisciplinary hospital teams with a focus on delivering exceptional pharmacy services to patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in specialised areas such as surgical, mental health, rehabilitation, geriatrics, infectious diseases and more. What You'll Do

Hospital Pharmacy is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and collaboration are key. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help maintain smooth pharmacy operations that support multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
  • Manage and monitor imprest stock.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Delivery of medications to hospital wards.
  • Process sales transactions and assist with account queries.
  • Ensure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication.
  • Provide support to patients, carers, and hospital staff.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Hospital pharmacy experience is valued but not essential as full training will be provided. Previous dispensing experience is required to ensure a confident start in the role.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from the date of employment
  • Dispensing experience in an Australian Pharmacy
  • Ability to work Monday shifts
