About The Role
As the Account Manager (Fleet Sales) you will manage relationships and the accounts of QLD state-based customers with large fleets of vehicles. This includes commercial fleets, passenger fleets including fleet lease, government and rental as well as Original Equipment (OE) customers. You will meet financial targets through effective account management, strategic business development, executing your customer strategy and taking part in tenders as appropriate. Visible outcomes will be to maintain solid relationships, create avenues to ensure customer retention, retain our high business share and provide value to our customers.
About The Role
As the Account Manager (Fleet Sales) you will manage relationships and the accounts of QLD state-based customers with large fleets of vehicles. Located at our QLD State Office in Murarrie, this position offers you the opportunity to manage and advance your career.
About You
With credible and robust sales experience, you will have the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. You will demonstrate a customer-centric approach to account management and value its importance to the business.
To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate (at minimum):
- Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for the business and customer
- Great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach
- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Capability to embrace and promote new technology
- The ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base
- Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
- Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
