Casual Educator – Busy Bees at Spearwood

Location: Spearwood, Perth, WA

Centre Capacity: 36 places

Casual Hourly Rate: $33.53 – $41.30 (Level WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

Busy Bees at Spearwood is looking for enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about early learning and love working with children, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

As a Casual Educator, you'll support rooms across all age groups, helping maintain continuity of care and learning. You'll work with a team that values inclusion, play-based learning, and collaboration. This role offers flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

What You'll Bring:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
  • Availability to work between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
