The Available Roles :

  • Team Leader, Senior, Assistant and Onsite Property Managers - portfolio / pod or task based systems
  • Building Manager and Assistant Building Managers
  • Field Agents - managing routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
  • Leasing Agents - managing open homes and application processing
  • Sales Administrators - managing sales contracts, marketing and assisting sales agents with general admin
  • Receptionists and Admin Assistants

The Ideal Candidates :

  • Minimum one full year of property or building management experience - either in agency or onsite
  • QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Agent License (only for Property Managers)
  • Reliable car and open QLD drivers' license
  • Proficiency in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express etc.
  • Professionally presented, reliable and with an adaptable mindset
