The Meat & Wine Co pries itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, a la carte style steakhouse which uses a flamegrill to cook our steaks and meats. Our teams pride themselves on their people first culture and training and development.

Our Bligh Street restaurant is ideally located and we are looking for experienced and passionate Dessert & Pastry Chefs to join the kitchen team.

Requirements
  • 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/ Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in plated desserts
