    About The Opportunity

    This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of community-focused programs and services. You'll be the go-to person for systems and project support across a vibrant and purpose-driven business unit.

    You will make an impact by
    • Providing high-level business and project support across diverse teams.
    • Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and communications with precision.
    • Maintaining and updating project and grant databases to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Supporting financial processes and business planning using Technology One.
    • Enhancing systems and workflows that improve service delivery and community engagement.

    What You Will Bring
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Experience in managing calendars, meetings, and internal communications.
    • Familiarity with financial systems and procedures, ideally Technology One.
    • Ability to develop and maintain databases, registers, and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency in document design, promotional materials, and digital content.
    • Confidence in using CRMs, booking systems, and information management platforms.
