Customer Adviser – Alice Springs at NAB

Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Alice Springs. Our people are customer obsessed and focus on the needs and satisfaction of customers to build strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers at the Alice Springs branch, putting customers at the centre of every interaction.
  • Identify suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
  • Demonstrate NAB Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse customers.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail to ensure every transaction is efficient and accurate.
  • Customer-centric thinking with an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
Hours

Join our team in this 5-day-per-week role with the option of: 9:00–16:30, Monday to Thursday and 9:00–17:30 Friday, or 10:00–14:00, Monday to Friday.
