About Us

SIRAP is an award-winning film-led content studio creating cinematic, story-driven films for premium property, design, and lifestyle brands across Australia and internationally. Our real estate division delivers high-impact films that elevate property marketing and engage audiences with authenticity and style.

We are looking for a talented, fast-turnaround Video Editor to join our real estate team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and can bring visual polish, strong storytelling instincts, and technical excellence to every project.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality real estate films from raw footage, delivering polished, on-brand final outputs.
• Perform professional colour grading to ensure visual quality and consistency across all projects.
• Create and integrate motion graphics (mgfx), text overlays, and animations in line with client and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with producers and cinematographers to refine the creative direction.
• Maintain consistency and creative integrity across all real estate content.
• Implement efficient editing workflows and contribute to optimising processes, including AI integration for post-production efficiency.
• Uphold SIRAP's quality standards, ensuring all content is QC'd before delivery.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional editing experience (real estate content highly regarded).
• Proven skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics/animation.
• Strong colour grading expertise with an eye for visual tone and composition.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of story, rhythm, and pacing in video editing.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• A collaborative approach with a positive, can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of real estate marketing and luxury property presentation.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools.
