About The Role

We are seeking motivated and energetic Team Members to join our Rosslea team. You should thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and be willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues. Previous retail experience and strong customer service skills are highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Experience in petrol and convenience retail is highly regarded. The role is physical, requiring hands-on work, meeting deadlines, maintaining high retail standards, and providing excellent customer service.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Food handling and kitchen experience are highly desirable.
  • High customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Relevant work rights for full-time employment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts to meet business needs.
