What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Business Manager to lead the acceleration of our commercial team in Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for building momentum with existing and new retailers, driving strong relationships with our business partners, and embedding processes that fuel growth and team performance.

You will play a key role in how our retailers perceive and engage with our brand—with a focus on outperforming the category in both Pharmacy and eCommerce channels, experience working with Chemist Warehouse will be highly regarded. Digital acceleration and the integration of 360° campaigns will be critical to your success, as will your ability to inspire and lead both a head office team of 3 direct reports and a third-party field-based partner.

You will:

Define and execute Australia's commercial and channel strategy

Develop and maintain senior relationships with key customers, including Chemist Warehouse, Priceline and major e-commerce partners.

Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering learning, development and a culture of continuous improvement.

Champion digital integration, customer engagement and campaign execution.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales execution with broader brand and business goals.

Represent the commercial function as a senior leadership team member and influence long-term business planning.

Drive the achievement of business KPIs, including sales growth, market share and profitability.

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and manage customer P&Ls and joint business plans.

Shape the customer roadmap, optimise channel strategies, and adapt global frameworks for the local market.

What You Bring

You are a strategic commercial leader with a strong retail mindset and proven ability to deliver growth through great people, strong partnerships and smart execution.

Experience:

7–10+ years in customer development or national account management within FMCG, health & beauty or skincare industries.

Strong sales leadership experience, including managing hybrid teams across head office and field.

Track record of building high-level retailer relationships and successfully executing joint business plans.

Expertise in pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse highly regarded and eComm channels, with digital integration experience preferred.

P&L accountability, sales forecasting and fixed cost budget management experience.

Strong business planning, problem-solving and analytical capability.

Commercial acumen with customer-first mindset

Agile and action-oriented

Strategic thinker who can also execute

Excellent communication, influence and presentation skills

Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
