ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Overseeing a range of regional and national surveying projects, as a Project Manager – Licensed Surveyor – Land / Cadastral, you will act as point of contact for stakeholders and clients, whilst ensuring the successful delivery of quality surveying services. You'll be involved from project tender to delivery, playing a crucial role and supporting the wider surveying team with your experience and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end project management
  • Oversight of project budgets and timelines
  • Representing the wider company in building client & industry-based relationships
  • Coordination of surveying equipment and field staff
  • Mentoring & Supervision of more junior team members

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this Project Manager - Licensed Surveyor - Land / Cadastral role, you should have:

  • Registered Surveyor status within Australia
  • Extensive experience in leading Land & Cadastral surveys
  • Strong knowledge of WA planning, surveying & construction regulations/processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead internal projects whilst managing a variety of stakeholders
  • A current driver's license and valid working rights in Australia
