We're a local (Not-For-Profit) Early Learning Centre (ELC) located on Barker Street, dedicated to inspiring and nurturing children to become independent little butterflies. You play a crucial role in making this happen.

What you'll be doing :

If you're local, you might know our Broome centre. Your day begins with passing our award-winning nature-scape, leading a team of educators to ensure a safe, inclusive, hygienic, and inspiring environment for children and families. You'll promote our 'School Ready' program and manage compliance. At the end of your shift, you'll leave knowing children are developing in body, mind, and spirit.

You'll be great in this role if you…

  • Have enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Possess a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
  • Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
  • Have experience in children's services, developing and implementing programs for 0-5-year-olds
  • Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
