National Sales Manager – High Voltage Products

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for the electrical or infrastructure industry? Do you excel in driving national growth and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the Australian sales function for a well-established, global electrical solutions provider.

This is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the sales team nationally. You'll shape sales strategy, lead a capable sales team, and work closely with partners across the electrical utilities, contractors, and renewables sector to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners
  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering professional growth
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports for senior leadership
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to internal teams and clients
  • Organise and deliver product training sessions to enhance team capability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the electrical sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with medium to high voltage products
  • Demonstrated leadership and people development skills
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic mindset with strong data analysis and forecasting skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office tools
  • Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally internationally
