Meriton Suites is seeking a House Attendant for our Sydney hotels.

Overview

As a House Attendant, you will support the daily operations of the housekeeping department and help maintain high standards of service and product excellence. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced leaders in the field.

Your key responsibilities
  • Attend to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend to Housekeeping staff requests in a timely manner.
  • Time manage jobs and requests accordingly.
  • Deliver linen and amenities to the floors.
  • Project cleaning.
  • Inventory and stock control.
  • Moving furniture as required.
To be successful in this role you will
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience working in a large-scale 4- or 5-star hotel environment (desirable).
  • Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Be immaculately presented.
  • Be focused and passionate about guest service.
  • Be well organised, with attention to detail.
  • Be team oriented and able to work under pressure.
