About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team in a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

As a vital part of the branch, your day will be diverse and engaging, including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with top agents and supporting all aspects of the business
  • Door knocking to connect with potential clients
  • Assisting during open homes and property inspections
  • Calling prospective buyers and sellers to schedule appointments
  • Participating in weekly training sessions
  • Assisting throughout the sales process
About You

To thrive at Elders, you should have:

  • A valid Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • At least one year of experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A dynamic and engaging personality
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, punctual, and reliable approach
