Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation | Multiple Positions

We're working with a leading global insurer that's growing its Workers' Compensation division, creating exciting opportunities for experienced Case Managers to join a newly established team in Newcastle.

The role :

  • Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client
  • Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to resolution
  • Work closely with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and support team strategy
  • Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we're looking for :

  • Solid background in workers compensation claims management, either end-to-end or front-end
  • Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and its practical application
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing psychological injury claims, or a strong interest in developing this expertise, will be highly regarded
