Angels Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead our childcare service in Wallan, Victoria. As a full-time leadership role, the Centre Director will oversee the smooth operation of the centre, inspire and guide a team of passionate educators, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to the children in our community.

What you'll be doing

As Centre Director, you will:

  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to your childcare team
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Ensure the centre meets all compliance, safety, and quality standards under the National Quality Framework
  • Manage staff recruitment, induction, professional development, and performance reviews
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
  • Oversee administrative and financial operations of the centre
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
What we're looking for

We are seeking an inspiring leader who can foster a nurturing, professional, and high-performing team environment. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior childcare leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, families, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education
