A successful applicant will display the following:

Loves to work in a team environment, leadership experience in hospitality

Prides themselves on a high standard and strong work ethic

Has experience in similar role

Available a variety of days including weekends, as well as morning and nights

A Current WA RSA is a must and ideally an Approved Managers License

Respectful and Honest

Have a passion for FOH and guest experience

Experience with ABACUS, Now Book It, Restoke & Deputy or other similar platforms (preferred)

Your main responsibilities include:

Leadership: Inspiring and motivation a diverse team to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Restaurant Operations: Managing restaurant operations including order processing, guest service, staff training and rostering.

Reporting: Tracking sales, inventory and generate reports.

Budget and Cost Control: Managing financial performance by optimising costs and monitoring budgets

Opportunities for growth for the right candidate, with more venues on the way
