Production Worker

Labourpower is currently seeking experienced process workers and machine operators to work for our client located in Brendale. These roles will vary between ongoing and on-call positions, with immediate start dates.

Various shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidates, with potential for training and upskilling.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work on call
  • Willingness to work rotating rosters if required
  • Experience as a packer or in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Own vehicle and driver's licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical fitness
  • Forklift licence is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Immediate availability to start

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Filling and sealing finished products
  • Packing products accurately into boxes
  • Performing general production paperwork and quality checks
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Monitoring manufacturing machines and reporting faults

You MUST have full working rights to work and reside in Australia and be available for 38 hours per week.
