About the Role :

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Facilities Advisor for a site-based role. This position offers an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth for a 6-month duration. The successful candidate will support a strong safety culture in our villages and Site Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), ensuring compliance with RTIO safety standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Support the safe and effective delivery of daily operations across the IFMS contract (villages, town, NPI).
  2. Promote and uphold a strong safety culture in villages and Site NPI, ensuring compliance with RTIO safety standards and processes.
  3. Participate in and oversee assurance and governance programs (L2 / L3 audits, etc.).
  4. Identify service improvement opportunities proactively (safety and service), collaborate with service providers to develop and implement practical solutions, and monitor their effectiveness over time.
  5. Manage safety and incident reporting, including system requirements.
  6. Provide coaching and feedback to team members and service partners.
  7. Maintain consistent and visible leadership in the field (LiF).
  8. Support business improvements and the deployment of new initiatives.
  9. Coordinate internal and external reporting requirements.
  10. Assist with stakeholder requests and escalations.
  11. Ensure awareness and compliance with broader RTIO Facilities processes (project works, minor works, property management, group procedures, management plans).

Skills & Experience :

  1. Experience in developing and fostering a safety culture, ensuring safety compliance, and adhering to standards, processes, and procedures.
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  3. Experience working collaboratively with partners.
  4. Ability to lead and support psycho-social events and incidents.
  5. Demonstrated skills in system and process improvement.
  6. Understanding of Facilities Management (soft FM, hard FM, transport, etc.).
