About this Position
We're on the hunt for a passionate Operations Manager to join our Bundaberg branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be the hands-on leader running the warehouse, overseeing transport operations, and filling the gaps to ensure everything runs like clockwork—smooth sailing from start to finish

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including dispatch, receipting, stock rotation, and HACCP compliance.
- Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment.
- Drive a cultural reset through coaching, clear communication, and consistent leadership
- Oversee the inventory function; stock movement, storage, and system receipting
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of team members to ensure a smooth start and strong foundation on the job
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Previous strong experience in warehousing operations, or strong experience in perishable stock
- Proven experience leading a team (12) people in a fast-paced operations or warehouse environment.
- A natural coach and leader, skilled in upskilling, mentoring, and getting the best out of your people.
- Hands-on and proactive you know your team, your stock, and your processes because you're involved in them.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple functions
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and a proactive approach to site compliance.
- Forklift Licence
- Medium Rigid Truck licence
