We are currently recruiting an experienced Permit Office Coordinator to join a Major Global Energy Operator in Western Australia on an initial 12-month contract, on a 3/3 roster.

Job description:

The Permit Office Coordinator will report to the Production Area Team Leaders and is responsible for:

  1. Acting as the Permit Issuer and issuing all permits as directed and approved by the Area Lead Technicians.
  2. Managing the review of EPIs before the due date.
  3. Preparation of isolation packs.
  4. Management of Personal Gas Monitors, ensuring they are bump tested before each use and calibrated as required.
  5. Archiving all wet inked documentation.
  6. Managing Tag Printers (ribbons, etc.), tag stock levels, and all associated isolation hardware.
  7. Suspend all Risk Level permits & Excluding permits requiring De-Isolate for Test.
Additional:
  • Preferably candidates will have a MSIC and BOSIET tickets.
  • Experience in electronic permit work systems and the O&G industry.
