Base pay range

A$260,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr

What you'll do
  • Provide senior support to the lead partner and help drive critical client engagements.
  • Lead and deliver high-quality strategic projects across wealth, insurance, and retirement.
  • Work directly with boards, senior executives, and investment banks - telling the story, shaping the debate, and influencing decisions.
  • Build compelling slides, financial models, and presentations that cut through complexity.
  • Mentor and develop high-potential consultants in a team that thrives on ambition, impact, and excellence.
What you'll bring
  • 8+ years' strategy consulting experience in financial services (wealth, insurance, asset management ideal).
  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence senior decision-makers, and deliver impact.
  • Strong client-facing presence with ability to present, challenge, and debate at executive and board level.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and business modeling skills.
  • A driven, ambitious mindset and a collaborative approach.
