The organisation

4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to partner with this organization, one of the Top 4 Employers in Australia. Our partner organization is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation service catering to individuals with neurological conditions. They provide services in the Northern and Western suburbs through home visits and community-based programs.

The Role

This leadership position involves managing the Occupational Therapy team, which includes over 30 therapists across seven locations in Melbourne, Geelong, Albury/Wodonga, and Hobart. The role also includes managing a small clinic caseload in home, community, and rehabilitation settings.

This is a full-time position, but part-time applicants are welcome. The caseload covers both adult and paediatric populations, assisting individuals with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and more.

Qualifications / Essentials

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid Australian working rights; overseas applicants considered
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Successful candidates will need to undertake a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Experience with the NDIS system is desirable
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Full COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
