Ozcare has casual opportunities available for In Home Support Workers supporting our clients across the region.

Your Role

As an In Home Support Worker, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
  • Undertaking domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Providing support duties such as shopping and transportation
  • Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach to consider every aspect of our residents' care

Role Requirements
  • Proof of immunity or willingness to become vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current Queensland driver's license
  • A reliable, roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
