Senior Test Analysts (x2)

Our federal government client, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) is seeking 2x Senior Test Analysts and a Test Manager for the Health Systems and Governance team.

Key Selection criteria


• At least 3 to 5 years testing experience of a CRM application (preferably Salesforce Services Cloud or Salesforce Classic/ Lightening), associated integration and connectors.


• Experience in conducting manual testing of a CRM application (preferably Salesforce applications).


• Extensive experience in various testing types, including API testing, functional testing, system integration, regression testing, and UAT of a CRM application.


• Defining test scenarios, covering various integration points, and data scenarios of a CRM application(s).


• Experience in test planning, designing and executing test cases and management of defects and test reports.


• Experience in testing custom workflows, process builder flows, and Apex triggers.


• Deep understanding of SDLC principles and the software development lifecycle including Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies.


• Experience utilising tools such as Azure DevOps and ALM.


• ISTQB certification
