Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that customers will remember.
  • Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
  • Ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
  • Be yourself and bring your unique energy to the team.
About You
  • Talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience.
  • Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
  • Own your career and look for opportunities to grow within the business.
  • Active lifestyle with willingness to be on your feet.
  • Desire to make your mark and leave a positive imprint in any role you grow into.
