We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and manage on-site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and ensure that project milestones are met on time.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or delays on-site, providing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and document any incidents or changes to the project.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant construction industry certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating site operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, depending on project requirements.
