  • The primary role of Customer Support is to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and marketing support through various communication channels. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries related to ResMed products, services, warranties, order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints. Identifying sales opportunities from customer inquiries, providing first-line technical and clinical assistance, and escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution.

  • Responsibilities

    The Customer Service specialization within the Customer Support Job Family involves daily communication with customers before and/or after a sale via telephone, email, chat, or social media platforms. This includes checking therapy status, adherence information, and ordering therapy equipment or supplies.

  • Key responsibilities include handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, maintaining client records, tracking deadlines, managing tasks in web-based tools, supporting cross-functional teams, developing positive customer relations, collaborating with departments to meet sales goals, documenting technical and customer-reported issues, and providing metrics to management.

  • Support roles may involve clerical, administrative, specialized technical, or operational tasks, requiring vocational training or equivalent experience. Interactions are primarily internal, with limited discretion from established procedures.

  • Qualifications and Experience

    Required: Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Broad knowledge of routines and procedures for handling daily situations. Instructions are generally provided only for new assignments.
