We are a national architecture, interior design and project management firm with 40+ years' experience working across the education, hospitality, community, sports & recreation, and residential sectors in varying scales. Our team takes a unique client-centric approach which ensures our designs are not only innovative and aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and value-driven.

Our Brisbane studio is located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, inside a beautifully restored heritage church transformed by our own talented designers. Just a short walk from the James Street Precinct, Gasworks Plaza, and some of the city's best hospitality venues, you'll be surrounded by inspiration and never far from a great lunch or after-work drink spot.

We work hard, but we also value balance. Whether it's Friday afternoon drinks, social events planned by our Social Committee, or our much-anticipated annual birthday and Christmas parties, we take time to connect, recharge, and celebrate together.

When you join BSPN, you'll be placed in a 'Pod'. This is a dedicated team structure where you'll be supported by a Pod Leader and your fellow colleagues, ensuring you're never without guidance or connection.

• Drive multi-sector projects through Concept design, Documentation and Contract Administration phases
• Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline
• Assist with liaison with the client, stakeholders and authorities, in collaboration with Project Leads.
• Contribute to the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, being aware of the balance of conceptual, aesthetic, constructional and cost influences
• Be attentive of client feedback, issues or potential problems and report any issues raised
• Current Registration as an Architect with BOAQ
• 5-10 Years Post Registration Experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of REVIT is essential
• A collaborative approach to work, management, and team engagements
• Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with developing design and technical confidence
• Exceptional communication skills, meticulous, organised and thorough
• Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members
• A solid understanding of Australian Standards and BCA, NCC and specifications
• Current working skills in Adobe Suite & MS Office
