Rangeville State School is looking for a passionate educator with a strong commitment to student success and school improvement to join in the capacity of Deputy Principal. This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis, until 27 June 2025, unless otherwise determined.
The successful applicant will be committed to enhancing both the academic and social-emotional outcomes for students and their families.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in improving educational practices, fostering engagement, and supporting a positive and inclusive school culture.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About The RoleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
