About The Role

  • Onsite and full time, with paid training provided
  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing clients
  • Sell the benefits of our products and services to customers
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend tailored policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills when assisting customers
