What will you do?
- Ensure Lucky North VIP team members are appropriately trained and set up for development
- Monitor guest behaviour, leading conflict resolution and taking appropriate action
- Issue free play credits, and match and play offers
- Ensure promotions and promotional material are implemented on time
- Assist guests with information on reservations for restaurants, hotel rooms, attractions, transport, travel, and special events
More About You
- 2 years' experience in a casino or customer service role
- Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Service of Gambling, and Casino Operative's Licence
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering, responsible service of gambling, and responsible service of alcohol
- Excellent written and verbal communication, numeracy, literacy, organisation, and presentation skills
- Computer literate, including Microsoft office, data bases, and player tracking systems
