About the Opportunity
On behalf of our well-renowned catering client, Unite Resourcing is seeking motivated and passionate Permanent Chefs of all levels to join the team at remote villages in Western Australia. You will be cooking in bulk for hundreds of residents and visitors at the village. The role involves assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals and functions during your shift. This is a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) position departing from Perth.
Successful candidates will receive :
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth or residential roles for Port Hedland region residents
- Fortnightly pay
- Full-time salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000 per annum, including incentives

About You
- Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade certificate
- At least 2 years of commercial cooking experience
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
- Experience working with a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchen hands
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Focus on quality, attention to detail, and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure
